To add a new outcome, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your level within the organizational chart.
  2. Click the blue “Add Outcome” button.
  3. Complete Outcome form
  4. Click blue “Submit” button

To copy an existing outcome, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your level within the organizational chart.
  2. Click the blue “Add Outcome” button.
  3. Select “Copy Outcome”
  4. Filter to the term to find the outcome
  5. Click the “copy” button next to the outcome to copy
  6. Preview the full text of selected outcome
  7. Click the red “Remove“ button to deselect the outcome and identify another or Click “Submit”
